All purchases made with The Suite Concierge LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, partial refunds, or cancellations for any reason. This applies to all services, including consulting, advisory services, retainers, packages, programs, strategy sessions, implementation work, and digital materials.
Payment plans are offered solely as a convenience to divide the total cost of services over time. They are not subscriptions, not month-to-month, and not cancelable.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you are committing to the full service fee, regardless of:
Missed or failed payments remain due and payable in full.
If you choose to pause, discontinue, disengage from, or terminate services early, you remain responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon fee.
Early termination does not:
Services are considered rendered once access, availability, time allocation, and intellectual property are provided.
We do not offer:
If a client exits and later seeks to re-engage, services are offered only at current pricing and terms.
Any guarantee offered by The Suite Concierge LLC must be explicitly stated in writing. Verbal assurances do not constitute a guarantee.
Any guarantee expires 30 days from the official service start date or first delivery, whichever occurs first. Requests submitted after this period are automatically void.
To remain eligible for consideration under a guarantee, the client must:
Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.
If a guarantee is approved, the sole remedy — at the Company's discretion — is:
No refunds, partial refunds, or payment reversals will be issued.
We do not guarantee:
Results depend on execution, resources, market conditions, and decisions outside our control.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of agreement.
